I was expecting a bit more for what I paid. The items looked really nice online, but when they arrived the quality just didn’t feel like it matched the price. They were cute enough, but not in a way that made me feel like I’d got good value.
On top of that, I had to chase them for an update, which was frustrating and made the whole experience feel worse. I’ve seen similar things elsewhere for less, so maybe I was just unlucky, but I don’t think I’d order again.

They sent me the wrong size and the wrong color, like come on. Definitely not what I ordered, so yeah, I’m annoyed.

I ordered my usual size since that’s what I normally wear in pretty much everything, and I was hoping to use it for a weekend trip I had coming up. Unfortunately, it ended up being way too tight on me and didn’t feel true to size. Maybe it works for someone else, but for me the sizing was definitely off

The shirt itself feels comfortable, but maybe it’s just me, the print didn’t hold up as well as I expected. It started cracking after a few washes. Not the worst, but definitely just okay.

I really wanted to be into this shop, but the selection felt kind of underwhelming. A lot of the products had the same vibe, and I didn’t see much difference in styles or colors. If that specific look is your thing, you might be happy with it, but for me it got boring quickly. Hopefully they add some fresher options down the line.

I tried browsing riverbabethreads.com, and it just wasn’t a very smooth experience for me. The pages took a while to load, and using the menu on my phone felt clunky. I found myself tapping things more than once, and a few product pages left me wondering what I was even looking at.

Checkout didn’t really help either. I kept checking my cart because I wasn’t totally sure it had updated properly. The clothes might be nice, but when the site makes the whole process feel like work, it’s hard to stay excited about placing an order...

I’ll admit, I actually liked the style more than I expected. The designs are cute and a little different without feeling like they’re trying too hard. A few pieces are busier than what I’d normally go for, but they’re still fun to look at. The site itself was easy to browse too, so overall I’d say it’s a solid 4 stars...

The box showed up crushed and, it didn’t even look like it had been taped properly. I get that things can happen during shipping, but this was frustrating to receive.

Shipping was quicker than I thought it would be, which was really helpful because I didn’t have to wait around long to start using it

I’m annoyed with this shirt. The material felt thin right away, and the stitching started coming loose way too fast. That’s not normal wear, that’s poor quality, and whoever made this clearly didn’t care enough to do it properly.

By the time it finally arrived, it was much later than expected, and the whole thing felt more stressful than it needed to be. I get that delays happen, but it’s basic decency to keep customers properly updated instead of leaving them guessing.

Overall, I wasn’t happy with the delivery reliability. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve their shipping and communication

I reached out to customer service and it took them days to get back to me?! When they finally did, the response felt dismissive and didn’t really help with my issue.
